my hiring and interview process went roughly as follows. I found the job on monster.com one day and applied - then I went through the following things:
1) phone interview
2) in-person interview session. three individual 1:1 interviewers covering professional skills, consulting skills, and leadership skills
3) offer letter mailed and accepted
4) follow-up background investigation prior to new hire start date

There was a question regarding previous relevant work experience in process improvement. When I outlined the methodology used, the interviewer said she didn't really believe in that methodology - largely, I believe, to see how I would act if a client did the same thing. Would I get defensive? Roll my eyes? etc.
The Booz Allen consultant interview process was pretty straightforward—started with a recruiter screen, then a couple of behavioral interviews, and a case-style or problem-solving conversation. Overall, it focused a lot on teamwork, communication, and how you think through challenges. It felt professional but conversational.

Can you describe a time where you had to lead a project?
It was easy no case study just talked to two people back to back. I think they were two thirty minute interviews. They can be from different accounts and just walked through your resume
Two interviews one with my job lead and one with my career manager. Typical questions about you and your resume. Both interviews were virtual and about 30 minutes in length.
