There was an interview with the human resources director, then the work team and then one of the partners. They kept me well informed throughout the process and told me what I might expect at each next step - so I could be well prepared. I particularly liked the team panel - the questions were really well designed. I was able to communicate about my strengths - but I also could tell who they were - and if I could fit in with them. I think it took a little over a month - it was very well timed - they didn't drag their feet. They were very good at interviewing. I knew that I was being assessed fairly. I had confidence in that from the way the interviews were conducted.

There were two that stood out - one was the classic "Tell us about a mistake". The team was so professional that it was easy to talk about a mistake that we all knew happened from time to time- and a time I'd made that mistake. The second was a well-planned technical question that one would only know if they'd done a lot of patent work.
