First a call from HR with screening questions…then normal interviews were STAR Format to begin, ended with quite a bit of back and forth dialogue, this was the same for all rounds of interviews with different leaders.

It was very smooth and straight forward. No issues during the process. Everyone was very nice and made you feel I like you belong. It was a great experience. I would recommend.
Typical STAR format with a panel of 3-4 folks, depending on the level. Sometimes the HM will do a follow up call to be able to talk more candidly to get to know you outside of the more formal interview space. Every candidate are asked the same questions, first is usually the background question, the rest in STAR format.
