Entrevista
Very politically correct and driven by a "diversity panel". Interviewers for the technical role had no clue about the subject technically that the management position would be responsible for. Utilized a standard corporate process that asks you to describe a situation, mention actions taken and results of the actions. Some opportunity was given to have candid conversation and discuss the role, but the majority scoring questions were rigged to appeal to a politically correct culture.

How do you feel about diversity? How should it apply to everyday business at Boeing? Then, describe a time where you had to work with a tough individual from a completely different ethnic and/or cultural background than yourself? What was the situation? What did you do and what was the outcome?
Interview was pretty straightforward. Make sure to provide specific examples when answering questions. Some managers asked technical questions while others would ask behavioral questions. Panel interviews are pretty common once you move past the HR stage.
The hiring process was efficient and well-communicated, with one pre-screening call and one interview. The interviewers were professional, friendly, and allowed time for me to ask questions as well. One of the most organized interview processes I've been a part of. I felt respected as a candidate even though I was unsuccessful.

Usually 1-2 interviews...situational approach. (situation, task, action, results). Typically 5-7 questions and about an hour. Typically Boeing makes a decision with 1 interview but could include follow up interviews depending on the position.
