Envié una solicitud electrónica. El proceso duró 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Boeing (Plano, TX) en jun 2024
Entrevista
1st interview:
* 2 or 3 Video responses to questions
* 1 coding problem
2nd interview:
* Call with recruiter
3rd interview:
* Panel virtual interview with 5 software engineers (leads, seniors, NO management)
The 3rd interview was a bizarre. Everyone on the call had been at Boeing for 20+ years. They had prepared questions in advanced and had them typed up on a word document. One person presented their screen so that I could read the questions, one at a time, and respond (STAR format). No one asked me questions. Only one person talked to me while the other 4 provided minimal input/feedback. It was a bit dehumanizing b/c I felt like I was part of an experiment.
I would answer a question and no one would ask follow ups. I would ask for clarification on each question and was told to answer however I interpreted it.
I would answer, but still no feedback nor follow up questions,
I would ask if I answered the question or what I provided was aligned with what they were looking for, but no one would respond.
In the end, I received no offer and no feedback as to why.

Pregunta 1
Video question 1: Why do you think you would be a good fit for this role?
Behavioral Interview had a panel of interviewers and we simply talked about my experiences and they asked a few STAR type questions. Practice your answers and it’s not too bad.

Entrevista
A multi-question interview mainly based on experiences. No technical questions, but the questions were centered around how the individual has attacked technical problems. Before the interview, you are encouraged to utilize the STAR (situation, task, action, result) method when answering questions.
