I applied through a UW program so the interview was on campus. Getting an interview through on campus is the best bet in my opinion. The applicant pool is smaller...the online pool is very hard. I rarely met anyone who got through via online that weren't from out of state.
There were two people interviewing me. All behavioral questions.

They asked about a situation where I had to take responsibility/leadership, or give an example of working in a team. Might have been a question about diversity as well. Behavioral questions only for my interview. Not sure if the interview from applying through online would be different.
