Easy and they use the STAR method to ask questions and answer format. A 2 people panel is utilized, they let you ask them questions after the end of the interview.
It was a very straight forward and fast paced interview. I appreciated how open the interviewers were with the work culture at Boeing as well as sharing their own experiences working for Boeing.

Interview process includes a panel that interviews you using the STAR method. The interview isn’t so bad. It’s the waiting and waiting and waiting to get an interview scheduled and then waiting and waiting to hear back either way. There is a total lack of communication and/or miscommunication regarding the interview process.
