Boeing uses a standard structured interview with opportunities to discuss viewpoints and individual experiences. Stick to the STAR responses and you'll be fine. (Situation, Task, Action, Result)
Interview panel consisted of hiring manager, assisting project manager and HR Rep. Interview was conducted on site and in person.

Describe a situation that you were confronted with or the task that needed to be accomplished. (SITUATION). These were diversity, project difficulties, project successes and failures, basic PMI stuff. All questions were very predictable and easily prepared for. Have canned examples ready.
In-Person interview with multiple members of the team you would work with. Normal questions about the job and team for how you would fit in with them and see if you mesh with them.
