4 behavioral questions that focused on leadership, accountability, results, and communication. There were two people asking questions. Overall standard for the industry and not widely divergent from other Fortune 500 companies but they did ask for placement preferences during the interview instead of later or at a separate time.

Very straightforward, STAR questions, formal and informal interview format, and easy-going interviewers. All panel interviews. Great experience overall and the communication thereafter was prompt - within 2-4 days I heard back regarding my candidacy and status.

Tell me about a time when you.....and then you answer in a STAR format based on the behavioral type of interview. This is standard in all industries and especially so as to not show bias or favoritism.
Everything was fine, and they were very friendly , I’m very happy to have a chance to talk to them and i hope to get an offer with them one day in the future
