The process was easy and smooth. I met the recruiter at my college's career fair. I gave her my resume and followed up by applying on their website. I got an invitation to interview 2 weeks later. The interview itself was very laid back and informal. There was only 4 questions and all of them were similar/redundant to each other.

All behavioral questions answered with STAR format. The interviewers were very friendly and relaxed. The interview was about 45 minutes, but it did not seem that long.

I got contacted to sign up for a phone interview. Two people interviewed me and asked a series of behavioral questions. They wanted the questions in STAR format. The questions were average if you are familiar with behavioral questions and prepare what stories you would tell for different situations. It took them two weeks and a day to get back to me saying I did not receive an offer.

Dropped my resume and talked to a recruiter at campus job fair, contacted later that day for on campus interview later in the week. 2:1 interview, recruiters were friendly and casual, all behavioral STAR based questions.
