Submitted resume online (only way Boeing accepts resumes) and got a call back a day later for the Engineering Accelerated Hiring Event. Interview was one hour long with three interviewers. Behavioral type interview where they explicitly told you to use the "STAR" response method. After the interview I was offered an internship three days later and accepted a couple weeks later.
Boeing offers 99% of their interns full time jobs after graduation without a full time interview; I accepted my full time offer at the end of my internship.

What was the most technically challenging problem you have had to solve?
quick, easy, and to the point. The interviewer panel was professional and kind. They asked thoughtful questions. I enjoyed going through this process. They did not try to trick you.
Asked about project experience and operations of rocketry team. How you worked through error, how you could prevent issues from arising at testing. Moved to theory on structures and propulsion
The interview process was quite easy which had only one round . They majorly asked me about my project and java fundamentals .It matters how you answer exactly to the point and with confidence .
