I was interviewed by two other HR professionals. It was a bit of a bummer since I could tell as soon as I sat down that they did not like me. Any HR rep/recruiter knows that you're supposed to avoid this behavior, but immediately after meeting me, their body language and everything changed. They're really big on CAR style questions besides. Even their interview guide is set up for them to note out each area.
