One straight round of interview, don’t work with them it’s not worth it. Bad leadership, old fashioned and weird.
You can do better I promise, the bar is that low.

I recruited from a university career fair. The Boeing Company was down for the whole week conducted workshops and networking events prior to the actual career fair day. Once career fair day hit I already knew the Boeing reps and overall I got an interview and the interview was really simple. 5 behavioral questions in which you need to answer in STAR format. The panel interview did not take more than 45 minutes and was really welcoming and inviting.
