Had a structured phone interview with Boeing at their Seal Beach office for a Strategy and Development Intern position under the Engineering, Operations, and Technology division. The interview consisted of about 5 questions and lasted a total of 30 minutes. None of the questions were technical and were all behavioral.

"Tell us about a time when you had to make a difficult decision and what the result of the decision was."
quick, easy, and to the point. The interviewer panel was professional and kind. They asked thoughtful questions. I enjoyed going through this process. They did not try to trick you.
Asked about project experience and operations of rocketry team. How you worked through error, how you could prevent issues from arising at testing. Moved to theory on structures and propulsion
The interview process was quite easy which had only one round . They majorly asked me about my project and java fundamentals .It matters how you answer exactly to the point and with confidence .
