Applied online. Contacted via email and phone by HR to setup a phone interview. Interviewed with 2 managers. About 2 weeks later, got a contingent offer. Submitted background check and drug screen and start date was set about 2 weeks after those cleared.

First round was a basic screening with an HR rep. I was invited to an on-site round with the Hiring Manager, another manager, and the lead. I don't remember the questions, but I remember that they were not hard. The interview was relatively easy. I received an offer, accepted, and worked there for about 2 years.
