I went through the accelerated hiring process. I spoke with a recruiter on campus and the following day I was offered an interview. All of the questions where behavioral based questions and were fairly straight forward. After the interview they called me a few hours later about their decision to offer me a position. After receiving an offer in October, I flew out to Seattle to participate in their matching event. This consisted of three interviews with various departments. Questions went both ways and it was a change to find the position that would be the right match for me.
