STAR approach structured interview. Asked about job specific experience. They had two interviewers, one HR manager and another HR staff. They asked approximately four to five questions each and the interview lasted an hour.

Entrevista
The invitation was sent out the night before the interview so I did not have enough time to practice. A little sad because the recruiter misspelled my name in the email. It was a phone interview via WebEx. Basic STAR Interviews with 4 questions. The interviewers were nice and helpful. Overall it was a good experience even though I did not get an offer.

I was in a room with a guy with a laptop. He asked me basic interview questions, and typed them in word for word on the computer. I felt like I wasn't talking to a person, since the guy gave me no interaction. It was kind of weird.
