The whole interview process was unbelievably unprofessional. After applying, I was contacted to have a phone interview with the hiring manager. It was pretty much about past experience, working style and personality - nothing special. After the interview, the hiring manager told me in email that their team will reach out for next steps. I have never heard anything back, but my status in the jobvite system was “in process”. I tried to reach out to the recruiter, but he has never responded. Then I emailed the hiring manager, and it turned out he was taking a parental leave. After a few weeks, when I checked again in jobvite, the job title I was interviewing for has changed - surprisingly it has changed to the hiring manager’s title. I then emailed again the recruiter and received nothing but silence.
