The First Recruiter call and the interview is with the lead and hiring manager, which last one hour. The process is simple, and straight after a week got a call from a recruiter with the offer.

1st round, HR short zoom meeting introduce the position and team 2nd round, 1hr 30min, 5 team members zoom interview, keep asking a lot of questions till the schedule ending time.

Originally, I believed Blizzard was changing its workplace climate and discriminatory practices, but I was wrong. Nothing has changed. They've only become better at hiding their operations. I applied for a management position at Blizzard as I was a good fit for the responsibilities needed. I was contacted by a recruiter to do an initial interview/screening with him. Then, he scheduled a second interview with the hiring manager. When I realized there were no details provided for the second interview, which was an hour long video call, I reached out to ask for any details and I was scolded by the recruiter about his need to be fair to all candidates. Many companies provide interview expectations to all of their candidates to ensure their preparedness, but Blizzard isn't one of them. During my second interview, I met with the hiring manager and was asked many questions to assess my personality and candidacy, to which I handled reasonably well. I was told I would be contacted a week from the second interview with next steps. Months have went by and I still have yet to receive a follow-up. As a female and person of color, I believe this interview was done to check a box to acknowledge Blizzard is talking to this demographic, but they're not actually hiring them, let alone following up, which demonstrates how they treat new candidates. If this is how Blizzard treats their candidates, how do they treat their employees once hired?

The communication with the hiring team was very spotty. The recruiter who reached out to me earlier disappeared for a long time until another recruiter take their job. And both of them took forever to reply to my questions. The interview was pretty standard and straightforward. They were looking more into UI/Visuals rather than UX.

Highly recommend. The best place to learn and grow as an artist. it was good and I would recommend the company if you are a 3d character artist . Unfortunatly i didn't get a job

A senior recruiter contacted me through Linkedin and said that I would be a good fit for a role, I spoke with him and he said what the next step would be, and that next week he would schedule this following interview with a director. He never got in touch and after two weeks when I tried to contact him, I was ghosted. Another recruiter sent me an email wanting to set up an interview, but as I was in progress with the Senior recruiter, it was canceled and nothing happened. All admiration and willingness to work for the company are gone, small actions like this have a huge impact. I wish I had at least had the chance to talk and show my work to the art director or at least have had an answer about what happened.

A truly horrible experience with the recruiter. Interview process took about 2 months and repeated follow ups with the recruiter would go unanswered for weeks. It shouldn't take 3 follow up emails and 1 1/2 weeks for a response. One of the interviewers was a no-show on two separate occasions so we had to reschedule the interview with him on three times. Overall, it was by far the worst interview process I have ever gone through.

I’m not sure how they hire pas but I neve get any acceptances. It’s hard to apply for some thing that is made for you and never get a chance

Process was really quick ~3 days. The engineers and Managers were really nice, and they were able to make me comfortable during the interview. I went through 3 interview : to present myself, a technical interview, and a behavioral interview. Great people and company.

First had a meeting with recruiter, then scheduled an interview with the team. During the technical interview, they asked about my projects and experience, then behavioral questions, then technical questions.
