BlazeClan Technologies Pvt Ltd has very short process of selecting the candidate as compared to other IT Technologies in market today.
If you get a call for an interview then there are only 2 rounds of selection process as -
1. Technical Interview - If you get selected for Technical Interview they call you for the next round asap probably on next day.
2. Managerial Interview - In this round both technical and personal questions are asked just to judge you. (99% of selection done only in first round of interview)
3. HR Meet - Your salary will be discussed and you get OFFER.
