It was a three round process:
- HR interview: it was pretty long but otherwise nice chat about my career, how I handle challenges, how I like to communicate with others, how I like to give and receive feedback etc.
- Tech interview: 2 hour long discussion with the team, 1 hour coding challenge, it was a sensible challenge not too theoretical, the second half was about system design
- hiring manager: mostly about culture fit
