HR represents the whole company, that being said, you guys did a terrible job finding one, the one sitting at HR department in Pune, should work in a public school. IT industry is not her cup of tea, I was told to come tomorrow just because in my resume company's name was missing, and a line was overlapping but everything was readable, she told me to complete my resume its incomplete, when I asked her what do you mean by incomplete she said that only add name and correct the line, i was like seriously lol. and she denied to take my interview the same day.
