Way too much for a golf cart company. Phone interview, Aggressive Zoom interview, and 4 hours of pointless shadowing. Do not accidentally forget to respond to an email asking for notes on a wasted 4 hours, or they will immediately cut you from consideration. The upper management is ridiculous.
