I just took the test online and it wasn't really easy. Very soon I received email that I didn't pass the test,and that I can not apply again for the same job.

It was many grammatical questions. Like right sentence and wrong and than you say what was mistaken.
The interview consists of a couple of assessments that determine if you can do the job well. When I applied, it was quite easy to pass, in my opinion. There was no interview with an HR member.

Entrevista
The interviewer is not well-versed in knowledge, and when it comes to evaluation, you don't get the reason why were you rejected even though you exceed expectations. She wasn't really into my teaching methodology.
