Thorough but slow. Candidates interview with a lot of people, then background screening takes time. Prepare for questions about previous work challenges, ideal work environments, and ideal work conditions. If possible, try to do research on the Rock FOC ISMs, the company's guiding values. Familiarity with them and reference to them in answers will take you far.

The whole process took 1 month. A phone screen, a 30 min phone interview, a Microsoft Office exam, initial in-person interview with VP, Supervisor, Executive Assistant and Recruiter, and finally, a second interview to meet the extended team. The initial interview was mostly controlled by the VP hammering me with detailed questions about my knowledge of a topic that had no relation to the job I was applying for. Every question I asked took 15 minutes to answer between the four of them. The second interview went well in my opinion. I met the extended team and i controlled most of the conversation. Most of the team members whom I met during the first and second interview were exhausted and seemed unhappy. This observation solidified my worry with the other reviews I've read about the company saying there is minimal work-life balance and overworked employees. I received no contact from the recruiter after the second interview. I had to email her three times. I was given little feedback until a week after when I was called and told they decided to go with the other candidate. I wish the recruiter kept in touch more. I felt like I didn't get to ask what I wanted during the initial interview since our time was mostly spent on irrelevant topics and then we had to leave the conference room for the next meeting.

Contact me after sending resume to recruiter to set up phone interview. Promptly called on scheduled date. Interview was half hour long. Recruiter was informative, easy to talk to and responsive. So the interview was actually enjoyable and I learned a lot about the company from the recruiter. She did let me know the hours were long but I was still interested in the position. She let me know growth and promotions are part of the company culture.
