The interview process was very thorough. There was a phone interview, a 1st in-person interview, then a final in-person interview with nearly all on-site management. The final interview was pretty intense. It lasted 4 hours of non-stop, back-to-back questioning. It was very difficult; but I put in several weeks of very strict preparation. I guess you can't take anything for granted.
