Interview, Process is good, Baxter HR team reached me once i apply through the workday portal and ask some of the question for shortlisting the profile. Once your profile is shortlisted, you will get the call from the recruitment team for scheduling the first round, If the first round is cleared you will get the call from the HR team for scheduling the 2nd Techinical round followed by other round or Managerial round and then HR Discussion. Once everything is done, they will release the employment offer, and paperwork starts for the one boarding It's a every standard HR process you need to go through and its done.
