Currently employed Senior Engineer came to University I was attending for an onsite interview. It was a relatively informal conversation that was more them getting to know me, and me the company as a whole. They asked me general questions about the projects I had undertaken in my undergrad education, and what were some major problems I had to overcome on a project. They also asked if I had any relevant leadership experiences as well.

Very straightforward, got an interview. It was a basic question such as greatest strength and biggest weakness. Questions about qualifications and stuff. Very typical. No questions out of the blue and felt like conversation over an interview,
