Good interview.
Did a tour of each area at Baxter’s from the office and delivery to production and quality assurance.
Then was asked some interview questions and answered some technical questions regarding measurements.

Interview process was smooth and diligent. Competitive questions were asked and interviewers were friendly and motivating. Timely interviews were conducted as scheduled. Never experienced any bottlenecks.

I applied through a recruitment agency, followed by a phone screen with about four people that lasted about 30 minutes and then an in-person interview at the site in Opelika, AL that lasted for about 30 mins
