A three step process: phone and in person. First call received from HR as a phone screwing. Next a phone interview by hiring manager followed by a panel interview.

The interview process was very good and speedy for me. I did a phone interview one week, and got a call the next week to set up my in person interview. The in person interview was with three different people and it was two hours long.
