GHOSTED AND they had me go through a 4 steps interview process 1st - HR phone call (20 mins) 2nd - Exam with Camera On (1.5 hrs) 3rd - Technical Interview (2.5 hrs) 4th - Final Interview (30 mins) In the end, I did not receive any offer BUT I WOULD HAVE APPRECIATED IT IF THEY COULD HAVE SENT A REJECTION EMAIL. I had to go to great lengths just to get an update on my application. I had to message HR multiple times, sent multiple emails, I even resorted to messaging the HR via LinkedIn just so I could get an update. I waited almost 2 months. But I waited that long cause it was during the holidays. HR even had me hoping for something cause after few attempts of asking for an update, HR said they might have something for me after the holidays. Waited and none. If you’re going to let a candidate go through all your interview process, the least you could do was send an email indicating the reason for rejection and any feedback you might have for me. Very unprofessional
