I believe it’s an optimal process, especially since I can even update my tests directly on the platform, which helps me get better recognition from the algorithm.

Começou me explicando as etapas da entrevista, apresentou a BairesDev e confirmou algumas informações sobre mim de acordo com minhas informações no Linkedin, em seguida me deu espaço para falar um pouco sobre mim e minhas experiências profissionais. Tive que responder a algumas perguntas, e depois ele me explicou as próximas etapas, que o algorítmo encontra a vaga ideal pra mim, de acordo com minhas qualificações. Tivemos que fazer um pequeno bate papo em inglês, o que foi muito desafiador pra mim, mas o entrevistador foi compreensivo e paciente. Eu usei algumas estratégias, como pedir para repetir perguntas quando necessário, e também mencionei minha disposição em melhorar rapidamente minhas habilidades no idioma.
