I applied for a Sales position in the US. They email me to take the on line test. It is a complete waste of time. It ranges from middle school problem solving questions to things you would never know. They also record you saying words like stomach, holiday. My only assumption is they are trying to see if you are willing to do useless testing to even talk with them. Even if they call me for an interview I am not taking it. If your testing of applicants is this poor I can not image what you provide to customers. Unless you are desperate and have 3 hours of your life to waste...
