I applied through school website, and got an interview invite from the HR, and then i had one interview with the HR manager, about the CV and motivation. And then one written test was followed, about the basic corporate finance questions. and then had two interviews with the team members.

just one stage interview. really a conversation, a few questions about sql, about data, few competency based. nothing weird, standard questions, not really much to prepare beforehand. pretty easy interview
the panel is very supportive and comfortable experience was there. they were guiding all through the process. company policy also good. the role is well aligned with job description. and no requirements of any tech background.
