After a first round of online tests (numerical, inductive, English), I was invited to a group assessment, followed by a motivational interview. After a week I was called by the manager for a second motivational, got the offer a couple days later.

Group assessment: describe yourself with an object, two budgeting business cases.
Motivational: three strengths and weaknesses, are you ambitious, what is success, ow do you perform in teams, situational choices, where do you see yourself in 5/20 years.
