The first stage of the application process involves situational and numerical reasoning based test followed by three recorded interview questions. For the interview, you have as much time as you want to come up with an answer, and then you can press record when you are ready.

Online assessment, followed by a video interview, followed by a virtual assessment centre, followed by an in person interview. Felt supported throughout and had great quick responses in regards to next stages.

Partner interview was quite fast, whole process was about an hour. Interviewer is nice, helped me feel welcome and relaxed,. When answering the questions, interviewer didn't really care what you said, just recording the answer into the system.
