The interviewers were generally friendly and comfortable to talk to. I was first interviewed by a senior HR executive, but it was an informal one where he briefed me on the bond requirements in BDO and asked a few quick questions on what other companies I had applied for. I was handed a slip of paper to write down what motivates me in life (this seems to be a recurrent trend, so do prepare for this).
Interview with the audit partner was also positive. I didn't feel nervous at all chatting about myself and getting to know more about her. Just the typical interview questions, tell me more about yourself, etc with one case study question using FRS 115 revenue from customer contracts.

From my experience, BDO's recruitment process moves quite quickly. HR often contacts shortlisted candidates on short notice. For instance, test results may be released on the 2nd, while the HR screening interview is scheduled on the 4th. This means candidates need to be prepared and flexible, as there is usually little time to prepare between stages.

The interviewer first asked me to introduce myself in English. After that, they asked why I wanted to become an auditor and what interested me about the auditing profession.
The interviewers are helpful and fun, and very responsive. It is a group interview and 3 people in a room with 4 interviewers, it started with an online assessment 6 questions, include logical thinking, and few problem solving questions and after that interview session started.
