The first stage of the recruitment process is the online application, fairly standard, easy to navigate. After submitting it, there are several online tests to face, numerical and logical reasoning in my case.
After successfully passing that, interns get invited directly to an Assessment Centre, where they will attend a short company presentation, an e-tray exercise, a group exercise based on that e-tray, after which they will be interviewed by a line manager. They will also have to deliver a presentation on a business or sector of the economy that BDO could contribute to in a meaningful way.

Easily the most difficult part is the presentation. Because the topic is known long before the assessment centre, getting an excellent subject and developing it is entirely possible. The effort will be worthwhile in the end.
Il processo prevede un assessment di gruppo online dove viene fatta una presentazione dell'azienda. Successivamente viene fatto una prova di gruppo (non tecnico) e infine un breve test tecnico. Se il tutto è positivo si viene contattati il giorno dopo dall'HR. Infine se anche il colloquio HR è positivo c'è un colloquio tecnico con il manager di riferimento.
The interview questions are relevant to the job and allow candidates to demonstrate their skills and experience. However, the process could be improved by reducing waiting time between stages and making communication more consistent, as delays may affect candidates’ interest. Overall, the company’s interview approach is acceptable and professional, but there is still room for improvement in terms of efficiency and candidate experience.

very fun! super relaxed but definitely all the basic, "why BDO" and "Why assurance" questions. "How do you work in teams?" What do you like about working in teams?" "Name a time where you had to lead a group/team."
