Entrevista
I applied to BDO through my University career services portal. I heard back within a week or so that I had been selected for an interview which was conducted on campus. The interview was relaxed and a very comfortable situation. It was with one person who was very friendly. The interviewer mostly just went through my resume and it felt more like a casual conversation then an interview. Overall the experience was positive.
Online hirevue video recording, then you go in for in-person assessment centre where you sit at a table with 5 other applicants and go through a scenario, from there it is a one-on-one interview.
Das Vorstellungsgespräch verlief insgesamt okay. Ich konnte die Fragen beantworten, jedoch wurden teilweise unnötige Fragen gestellt und die Atmosphäre war nicht besonders angenehm. Dadurch wirkte das Gespräch nicht so angenehm.

It is quite lenghty. I snoozed off a little bit waiting for my turn as it was a group interview. Honestly, I messed up the interview. The questions were quite common but I think I didn’t prepared enough for the interview (or maybe the waiting time does effect my focus idk ?). I hope I can do better in the future.
