Send an application to the company's HR email. Got HR interview a week later by e-mail. One to one and face to face interview at the office. Mainly in Cantonese. Some questions in English and Mandarin.

Self Intro in English. Why this post. Which department you are interested in. How would you solve conflict with colleagues. How would you manage your time if the manager ask you to complete a lot of tasks at a time.
Online hirevue video recording, then you go in for in-person assessment centre where you sit at a table with 5 other applicants and go through a scenario, from there it is a one-on-one interview.
Das Vorstellungsgespräch verlief insgesamt okay. Ich konnte die Fragen beantworten, jedoch wurden teilweise unnötige Fragen gestellt und die Atmosphäre war nicht besonders angenehm. Dadurch wirkte das Gespräch nicht so angenehm.

It is quite lenghty. I snoozed off a little bit waiting for my turn as it was a group interview. Honestly, I messed up the interview. The questions were quite common but I think I didn’t prepared enough for the interview (or maybe the waiting time does effect my focus idk ?). I hope I can do better in the future.
