Received email to sign up for an on-campus interview.
Mainly just behavioral questions: Tell me about yourself, Tell me about a time you had a conflict while working in a group, etc.

They were very upfront and accommodating. Always personal emails are being received, with no automated processes - got the impression they really wanted to know me rather than technical answers to note down. A lot of different staff to deal with, but it was pretty quick. First interview was about 3 weeks before offer.

Alot of personal questions and alot less "What would you do if...". Basically like a conversation, it was nice.
1 phone interview followed by 2 zoom interviews, the first one with the recruiter and the other a technical one with the manager of the office for which the job posting was
