This was the most unprofessional interview process I've ever experienced. The recruiter, or whoever it was since they did not introduce themselves I'm unsure who exactly it was, called multiple times trying to catch me at random times during the day. After playing phone tag I suggested to please email me so we can actually set up a time that works for us both, so they did. I spoke with this person on the phone for about 15 minutes, where essentially I led the entire interview. I had to ask every little detail on the position and company as they did not seem interested to have a proper and professional conversation. About 75% of my questions were answered with "I don't know". I immediately knew even if offered another round of interviews I would decline - if their interview process and recruiter are so unprofessional and unknowledgeable I can only imagine how working for this company would go. Hands down WORST recruiting experience I have endured.

I applied online and received an email response within 30 minutes. A telephone interview with the HR manager was scheduled for the following day. I spoke with her for approximately 30 minutes and she then scheduled a phone interview with the Hiring Manager. This second phone interview lasted over 1 hour. I waited one week and was informed that they'd decided to go in a different direction.
