I had an informal chat for a role in the global element of BDO. I stopped the interview process when they told me there were absolutely no benefits at all. They even tried to sell the pension, with only a 3% employer contribution as a benefit, when its a legal requirement.

First point of contact was via BDO's recruiter via telephone conversation, this was followed by a video interview with the hiring leader, then an invitation to complete a case assignment which had two parts. Next, present the case.
