I submitted an application online, and then received an invitation for a video interview. After the video interview, I was invited to the group assessment day two hours later. The assessment day was held at the office in Melbourne, and it was informal. This involved a a group presentation, networking with employees and a quick individual assessment which had math questions and some accounting related ones. People working there were really nice, they were friendly and welcoming.
