Sequence of interviews: -Screening with HR recruiter -Call with Hiring Manager -3 separate calls with various other stakeholders -2nd Call with Hiring manager Unfortunately, the process didn't follow their own timeline. The process took 2 months, but there were various moments where there was a "long wait." At the end, despite being verbally told that an offer was forthcoming, the HR recruiter responded with a rejection. The HR Recruiter and hiring manager both didn't respond to multiple requests for substantive feedback or any explanation on what happened. I guess it is good to find out that certain companies don't treat prospects well during the hiring process rather than after hiring, but it was still disappointing to see.
