I heard about the opportunity through my university networking system. Applied online and connected with recruiters on linkedin, messaged them. One of them reached out asking for my CV a afew days later i was reached out via email and then i was asked for a phone call interview

they asked me if i had any leadership skills and if so where did i apply them?
The process begins with pymetrics games,then an online interview follows and finally an interview with the panel. Overall it was a positive experience,with very welcoming interviewers.Its somewhere you'd want to work.
The interview is quite chill and friendly for a first timer like me. It was pretty smooth I would say, even though I'm quite nervous. The interviewer not giving much pressure also, quite ok even though some question quite challenging also

Entrevista
I had a very positive experience. There were two people interviewing me and they were both very friendly and welcoming. The interview was 45 minutes long and it was a relaxed environment.
