I applied through a job website, then received a call from HR asking me basic details about me. The next contact was to schedule an interview at Teams. The next interview was to talk more about me and the position, it was quite friendly. The third and last interview was to give me the job offer, and to clarify details such as schedules, work mode, specific responsibilities, etc.

first call, then FGD, then final interview. process took about 2 weeks since applying. typical FGD process. final interview was rather short and asked basic question about background, if i could code and use excel, if i can make time as it will be rigorous.

Fully ghosted after interview. They said they I would hear news after about one week, however it never happened. I never heard from the recruiter again, which shows lack of professionalism.
