2 interviews, a phone screening, 1st with a recruiter, second with the HR manager ending in refusal. the 1st interview was a classic first interview to verify my motivation to work in HR, in BAT, asked for company knowledge.

I applied online. The next day I received an email about online assessment test. The test comprises verbal, cultural and math questions. It is not timed so can take your time to answered. It took about a week to receive a phone interview. They asked questions like intro yourself, what is the role for HR and other HR related questions.
