Hiring Process divided into five different parts.
1. Cultural Test - See how you think and fit the company overall direction

2. Numerical Test - Mainly percentage differences and graph reading
3. Verbal Test - Cases on random subjects with Yes, No, Cannot Say answers

4. Phone Interview - Lasts about 20-30mins, basic questions about your education and professional achievements, quite nice interviewer.

5. Face-to-Face Interview: Similar to the Phone Interview, directly interviewed by the person you will be working for/with.
The hiring process took about 3 MONTHS ! Extensive waiting time between all the steps (except the first 3 tests which are automatically generated). I was told I would get an answer/feedback (positive or negative) within 2 weeks; it has been more than a month with a few emails asking about my status. They do not treat people with respect.

The process begins with pymetrics games,then an online interview follows and finally an interview with the panel. Overall it was a positive experience,with very welcoming interviewers.Its somewhere you'd want to work.
The interview is quite chill and friendly for a first timer like me. It was pretty smooth I would say, even though I'm quite nervous. The interviewer not giving much pressure also, quite ok even though some question quite challenging also
