Online testing, phone interview, interview, I am still waiting for response in regardence of the next cycle of interviews, they are professional but it takes to long the whole process is lasting up to now a month

I applied online. Then I received the automatic e-mail that they would review my application and I might ask me to complete few assessments. The process includes few assessments, then phone interview and some further steps. Few hours later I received the invitation to complete cultural assessment. I have completed it and received the message that it was completed successfully. Then I received the invitation to complete numerical test. It was also completed successfully. The next step was verbal reasoning step. I have completed it and received the message that the test was successfully completed and "congratulations on making it through to the next stage". The next stage should have been phone interview based on the information provided by e-mail. Few weeks later I have received the standard refusal. It is not fully clear why the company is proving the incorrect information about their recruiting process.
